he asked for approval which is a foregone conclusion but is
required under law...
2 weeks, no reply..
he sent another.. no reply for 1 week
so he sent another.. with return receipt which was returned...
still no reply
he sent another (each time keeping the last one by using the
"forward" tool) within 3 days with added "high importance"
no reply...
it became 2 days.. it became daily, it became 2 times a day,
then 3 then 4 times a day, each time adding to the original
mail..
then one day, after a month of 4 times a day, he just added the
asshole's boss into the cc list and the shit hit the fan...
i did the last bit today...immediate response
